1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by All Pro Towing (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BMW or any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date the promotion is announced and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on February 28, 2026. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the entry method described below.

No purchase is required to enter.
Every item purchased gains you one entry unless otherwise stated on social media or website>
Any attempt to manipulate or submit fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter the giveaway without payment, participants may: Mail-In Entry Option-Handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “BMW Giveaway Entry” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than February 28, 2026, and received by the Sponsor within a reasonable time after the giveaway end date.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a BMW vehicle as displayed and described on the giveaway page (“Prize”).

Prize is awarded as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, title, insurance, and any other fees associated with accepting the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends.

Winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Prize Claim Conditions

Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to:

Verify eligibility
Sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law)
Provide valid government-issued identification

Failure to complete these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, photo, and/or video for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion
Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules

All decisions by Sponsor are final.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media platforms after verification.
